Animal Party

Saturday April 11 - Meet live animals and learn about their care and natural habitats. Girl Scout Brownies will fulfill requirements for the Pets badge (April 11 only). Juniors will fulfill requirements for the Animal
Habitats badge (either date). For ages 5 to 12 years.
Non-scouts are welcome.
1 - 4 pm. $8 per child.
$3 per adult. One adult free with 5 children.

Reservations required for groups.

Help beautify the Spa Creek Conservancy Park at Chesapeake Children’s Museum. CCM is granted plants from the City of An-napolis for this community-wide effort. Bring seeds or seedlings. 9 - 1 pm. All ages. Free

Maryland Day Weekend

Sat. & Sun., March 21-22: Maryland Day
CCM marks the birthday of our state with special activities related to the wildlife of this region. Many other natural history and history sites in and around Annapolis are participating with tours and activities ($1 or free) as part of the “Picture Yourself in History” selfie challenge by Four Rivers. $1 admission to CCM all weekend.
Groups of 10 or more should

make advance reservations.

Maryland Lighthouses

Tues., March 31: Maryland Lighthouses
Enlighten yourselves about lighthouses! Watch a narrated slideshow about light-houses with stories about lighthouse keepers and their families. Make a take -home lighthouse model with recycla-bles. Brownies and Junior Girl Scouts can earn a Light House badge.

1:30 - 3:30 pm. $5 per child. Free for adults.
