The Big Read is coming to town! We will welcome Mark Twain (played by Charles Keirnan of Schnecksville, PA) for several Kick O events April 16-18th. A parade is being planned to escort Mr. Twain in horse and carriage to CCM. Watch our website for details. That evening, your inner child can come to an 1880’s costume party to welcome the world famous orator and author. Get advance tickets online at www.theccm.org. This begins a five-week celebration of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer with events listed in the li le green book tucked into 800 free copies of the paperback as well as on our website. Pick up a free book or use The Gutenberg Project to join the adventure electronically. As Twain said, “May you always keep your youth.”
